This is chocolate to the power of 10. Perfectly smooth, totally delicious and made with the best 85% Venezuela dark chocolate from local, Bristol chocolate maker Ruby Hue.
This month’s guest flavour. The black sesame base is rich and nutty, which contrasts perfectly with the roasted strawberry rippled throughout. A lovely little scoop for summer.
Salty, sweet & creamy. We recommend eating this one with a drizzle of olive oil. We toast the focaccia with sugar and olive oil before steaming the custard over the caramelised croutons. Heaven.
