This is not your average vanilla. This has been made with Madagascan vanilla pods, known for their rich and creamy flavour. The honey and toasted almonds give a sweet and salty edge.

This is chocolate to the power of 10. Perfectly smooth, totally delicious and made with the best 85% Venezuela dark chocolate from local, Bristol chocolate maker Ruby Hue.
This month’s guest flavour. Summer’s here, and so are the blackcurrants. Our Blackcurrant Ripple ice cream is a swirl of sunshine: rich, creamy vanilla layered with a tart blackcurrant compote that’s bursting with just-picked flavour.
Salty, sweet & creamy. We toast the focaccia with sugar and olive oil before steaming the custard over the caramelised croutons. Then we stir through the butterscotch for a bit of luxury.
